Definitions:

• ‘the company’  or ‘our’ means the service provider, CallBack.xxx
• ‘the customer’ or ‘you’ means an individual at whose application the company agrees to provide a service to under the terms of this agreement.
• ‘agreement’ means the contract and understanding between the company and the customer to which these terms and conditions apply for the duration that any services are provided.

Scope:

The content of this agreement shall apply in relation to any services ordered by the customer from the company.

Agreement:

CallBack.xxx is a live adult entertainment telephone service. By using this service, you confirm as ‘the customer’ that:

• You are of legal age to access this service in your Country. In any event, you must be at least aged 18+ years old.
• You are responsible for checking the legalities and local laws relating to telephone sexual entertainment services. There is a small minority of Countries where such services may not be allowed.
• You are not suffering from any conditions which impair your judgement and therefore take full responsibility for your actions.
• You understand this service is strictly fantasy and conversations do not represent reality or truth, such as real life situations/events. All calls/conversations are for entertainment purposes only.
• If you request financial domination services, you understand “real” means real (i.e. actual money is gifted to the operator) and “fantasy” means fantasy (no actual money is paid other than that for the call itself). Therefore, you should ensure you clearly state which kind of financial domination you require (real or fantasy), as refunds will not be given.
• Conversations between you and the company’s operators (whether sexual or not) are between consenting adults. All our operators are aged 18+ and ID-checked.
• You understand the company will not in any event be held responsible for your actions, even if it is claimed to be as a direct or indirect result of a conversation with an operator. You are solely responsible for your own actions at all times and should ensure you do not take any action in real life which could cause harm to yourself or others, nor take any action which could or is considered illegal.

Billing/Payment:

All service charges/fees are payable upfront by credit/debit card. By arrangement, the company may accept Bank Transfers. Cheques are not accepted. No services shall be provided until the company has confirmation of cleared funds of the relevant fees.

By using our service, you agree to use your own credit/debit card. If you use someone else’s credit/debit card, you must have the cardholders permission and consent.

Refund Policy:

Generally services are non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, refund requests can be put in writing by email and are at the sole discretion of the company.

Services Levels:

The company aims to deliver/fulfil services within a timely manner and in accordance to the customers requirements/request, subject to receiving cleared funds of the relevant fees (if applicable). The company makes no warranties or representations that services will be uninterrupted or error-free and the company shall not, in any event, be liable for interruptions of service which are beyond the company’s reasonable control.

Entire Agreement:

This agreement represents the understanding between the company and the customer. This agreement shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the law. By ordering and/or using any of the company’s  services shall be deemed as acceptance to the Terms & Conditions as stated above.
